We are at Stourhead later this week for the second edition of Planted Country in partnership with the National Trust from 9 – 11 June.
The event celebrates sustainable design and nature-based brands with a series of environmentally focused workshops, talks and workshops available on the day, as well as over 60 nature-focused exhibitors.
Planted Country will be our first event as Sitting Firm at Gaze Burvill, we will be showcasing our full range of Windsor Chairs, including our signature Darwin Chair and the contemporary Turner Carver.
Our Collection is made using timber from sustainable British woodlands at our workshop in Hampshire. Guided by our values for sustainability and providence, we strive to source timber as locally as possible, with some ash coming from less than a mile away from our workshop, helping us to minimise our impact on the environment.
Planted Country is free to attend for National Trust members and children. For Non-National Trust members, tickets are £7 in advance or £12 on the door. Purchased tickets for Planted Country will give non-National Trust members access to the event only, including all the talks, workshops and demonstrations.
